TNPSC Statistician Exam Question Pattern 2017

Written examination for the posts of Statistics is going to be of OMR based exam. There will be only objective type questions under two papers of Statistician Exam 2017. Under Paper I, there will be 300 marks questions from the subject Statistics, whereas under Paper II, there will be 200 marks questions from the topics of General Studies and Aptitude & Mental Ability. TNPSC Statistician Exam Syllabus 2017

In order to test the candidate’s knowledge in General Sciences there will be questions from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. In addition to this there will be questions from Current Events such as History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Science, Indian Polity, History and Culture of India, Indian Economy, Indian National movement, etc.

Aptitude and Mental Ability is the most common topics of competitive examination in which set of objective type questions were asked from Conversion of information to data – Collection, compilation and presentation of data – Tables, graphs, diagrams.
