TGC 2017: Indian Army is now inviting applications from male citizens, to join its workforce under 126th Technical Graduate Course (TGC). The course was going to commence on January 2018 on Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Candidates who are having ambition to serve for the nation can avail this golden opportunity. But to indulge under this TGC 2017, only Engineering certificate holders under following disciplines are found eligible. Indicated number of manpower requirements is 40, but it may change later depending upon organization’s future needs. Indian Army TGC 2017
Major mission of Indian Army is to ensure national security, by working at borders etc. On course and recruitment basis, every year lot of candidates are being enrolled in Indian Army. On 2018, Army is in a plan of conducting one Technical Graduate course. Regarding this now itself organization has planned to collect applications from enthusiastic citizens. Married/ Unmarried male citizens who are having deep interest to work as a permanent Army Officer are motivated to utilize this chance. Different tests and interview would be conducted by organization to screen and findout the most eligible aspirants for Permanent Commission posts, amongst the applicants. Joining letter will be issued to aspirants whose names are recommended by SSB, on merit basis. Course and training will be imparted to the selected candidates of TGC 2017, at Government expense only.

Necessary Education: Engineering graduates in relevant streams or individuals who are studying final year now can apply for this TGC 2017. Educational qualification certificates from recognized institution or university shall only be accepted. Any other equivalent qualification is also acceptable.

Age Constraints: Candidates who had born from 2nd January 1991 to 1st January 1998 are found eligible to apply for this TGC 2017. No age relaxations would be given to applying persons.
- Minimum and Maximum age limit: 20 to 27 years
Recruitment Process: The Integrated headquarters of Ministry of Defence have rights to shortlist the applicants, by seeing the marks taken by them in Engineering/ Technology qualification. Shortlisted candidates would be further called for two stage SSB interview.
Depending upon the number of contestants, this SSB interview would be conducted for a maximum of 5 days. Only aspirants who are qualifying in first stage of SSB would be allowed to participate in the second round. Finally physical and medical examination would also be conducted. Individuals who are performing well in all these selection stages shall be hired for the TGC 2017 course, depending upon availability of vacancies.

Salary and Allowances: Stipends will be offered to appointees during the training period. On successful completion of training, the cadets will be allowed to serve in the rank of Lieutenant under permanent commission. Promotion benefits are also applicable for the posts upto COAS level that has a salary of Rs.90000/-, apart from other allowances like Insurance, HRA, etc.

How to Apply for TGC 2017
Willing male aspirants can submit their applications before deadline to participate in this Indian Army selection, through online. The guidelines to apply for TGC 2017 are given down.
- Open the website joinindianarmy.nic.in.
- Click “Officer Entry Apply/ Login” option.
- Hit “Registration” tab and do the new user registration.
- Under Dashboard press the “Apply Online” link.
- Then press concerned “Apply” option under “Officers Selection – Eligibility” page.
- Read the displayed instructions and hit “Continue” button.
- Start filling the segments in application one-by-one.
- Use “Save & Continue” button before going to each segment.
- After filling all details “Summary” of your information will display.
- In that, if you need to do any changes edit
- Finally press “Submit Now” button.
- Hit the “Pdf” option and take two printout copies of submitted application.
