Mayurbhanj District lies in eastern side of India, at Odisha state. To teach students of Upgraded High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools etc. now the SC & ST development section of this district is inviting applications from enthusiastic Indian citizens living in Mayurbhanj. Trained and Untrained teachers under Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, etc. and to handle the office works Clerk and Peon are wanted urgently. As the Schools lie in Odisha state, applicants should be proficient in Odia language. First priorities have been decided to be given for OSSTET qualified persons, at the time of selection.

The SC/ ST/ SEBC/ PH candidates might have secured 45% marks in this qualifying examination and other must have scored atleast 50% marks.
Age Criteria: Individuals aged between 21 to 32 years will suits for these Odisha Government jobs. The date used for computing age limits is 1st January 2017. As per government orders concessions would be given for following categories.
- SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Woman: 5 years
- PWD persons: 10 years
- Ex-serviceman: service period in defence
Selection Process: Depending upon teaching/ non-teaching posts, the selection process will also vary. For teaching posts, merit list will be prepared on the basis of applicant’s academic records. Incase of Clerk post, applicants would be called for a written exam first and later qualifying aspirants with good marks would be subjected to skill test in Computer.
For Peon job, to test the reading and writing ability of candidates a written exam would be organized. Also aspirants would be subjected to cycling test, as a last stage of selection. By seeing the performance of aspirants in above said tests, finally selection decisions would be taken.
