Educational Requirements: Officers who have qualified with Engineering or equivalent qualification in relevant streams are eligible to apply for these GM job vacancies. Preference will be given to applicants having PG Degree/ PG Diploma qualifications in Management/ Communication Technology.

  • BE or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronics/ ECE/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication subjects

Requisite Experience: Applying candidates must be an experienced guy on telecommunication technology areas and also have worked in project implementation & management, marketing, sales, customer service, etc. of Telecom sector by receiving Level-13/ 14 7th pay commission pay matrix or above salary.

  • Minimum experience: 15 to 17 years

Age Limit: Aspirants above 58 years of age while computing date of birth as on 1st January 2017 (i.e. date of application) is not eligible to apply.

Selection Criteria: By considering the age, years of relevant field experience, etc. of applicants, initial shortlisting will be done by MTNL selection panel. Then Company will call only those shortlisted aspirants for oral interaction. Final appointment will be done based on interview performance only.
