SSC CPO Result 2017
Each year Staff Selection Commission (SSC) engages lot of young graduates into various government jobs. Similarly, this year also SSC conducted a CPO examination for filling the vacancies existing in Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector Jobs.
The initial screening test i.e. Paper-I exam was held between 15th to 22nd May 2017. Many degree holders who were aging between 20 to 25 years participated in this examination. Now the SSC CPO Results have also been published on the official website.
The test paper had 200 objective type questions which were conducted for a period of 2 hours time. There were negative marks of 0.25 for each wrong answer. Whatever it may be, this time candidates have taken lots of efforts to get good score in the CPO exam. On the other hand, aspirants who couldn’t make it in this exam can start to prepare for other examination which will be conducted in the upcoming months.
Successful candidates can get ready for the Paper-II examination, which will be held on the month of October 2017. The SSC CPO Exam Admit Card will be available 2 weeks before the examination.
SSC CPO Exam Notification: On the month of 28th January 2017, the commission released the SSC CPO Exam notification through its authorized portal and many young candidates who are fond of Police jobs applied in response to it.

Section Wise Marks and Results: The question paper had 200 objective type questions with multiple choices. Each question carried one mark and there were negative marks for each wrong answer.
On the date of Paper-I exam, participates were provided OMR/ Answer sheets for marking their answers. This question paper had four parts and each part comprised 50 questions. The questions asked in the exams and marks allotments are mentioned in the below table.

SSC CPO Selection Procedures 2017
By now, aspirants have successfully completed the Paper-I examination. Those who have passed in this exam have to undergo many selection stages in the upcoming days.
Next exam would Paper-II were the questions will be from English language. Those who qualify in this exam are required to appear for PST and PET test. In the PST section, the height, weight and chest measurement will be checked.
Satisfying candidates shall be asked to perform running, long & high jump and short put in Endurance test. Finally, they should undergo pre-employment medical examination before getting appointment.

Individuals who took part in the Paper-I Exam can view their SSC CPO Result 2017 by using the official portal of the Staff Selection Commission. Candidates have to be ready with their registration/ roll number before checking the results. Candidates who forgot their registration number can find it in your softcopy of your admit card.
