Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an authorized agency which organizes competitive exams for hiring staffs for various ministries and Department and its subsidiary offices. In order to fill the vacancies which are lying below Postal/ Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operator, Lower Division Clerk and Court Clerk designation, SSC issued a vacancy circular through its official portal so as to reach the site of Job seekers.

Recently it conducted an Online Test were more than 1400000 candidates appeared for that exam. And now, the commission has let out the SSC CHSL Answer Key 2017 for the Tier-I Exam. This exam took place in two shifts i.e. morning and afternoon shifts. Totally there were four sets of question paper i.e. Set A, B, C and D. You have to choose concerned answer key from the official site.

Using this answer key, you can compute the marks for the Tier-I exam. So that you can know you mark in advance, before the release of the exam results. As usual, the question paper was moderate and most of the candidates answered for all the 100 questions. You have to follow the same thing after the release of Tier-II exam also.

SSC CHSL Selection Methodology 2017

Initially, the application submitted through the online will be verified and only the deserving candidates would be invited for the selection Process. There are totally three stages in selection i.e. Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III. Successfully candidates have completed the first tier i.e. online Test.

Those who are securing the minimum cut-off marks in this test would be asked to appear for the Descriptive type test (Tier-II). Candidates who are securing the minimum mark of 33% have to appear for Skill or Typing test.

The skill Test would be conducted for DEO post and typing test for the rest of the post. Based upon the scores obtained by the candidates the final merit list will be prepared.

Question Pattern: The SSC CHSL exam was held through online only. The exam was conducted for a total of 200 marks and 1 hour 15 minutes time was given for answering the questions. The question paper was available in Hindi as well as in Hindi. There were four parts in the CHSL Question Paper i.e. General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and general Awareness.

  • The exam was conducted for 200 marks and each question carried 2 marks.

How to Check Marks with SSC CHSL Answer Key 2017

Candidates who have appeared for the Tier-I followed by Descriptive type exams on the respective date and time can view the SSC CHSL Answer Key 2017 from now onwards. You no need any login information for obtaining your Answer key. Before downloading the key for your questions, first of all you should have the question booklet with you. Then check which set of questions you have in hand i.e. set-A, B, C and D.

Now you have to visit the official portal of SSC and look for the Answer key tab on the top of the page. After clicking on the tab, you will be directed to a new window. There you have to click on the answer key link of the concerned exam. Four set of OMR sheets will be available. Choose the respective answers key link and download it.   • Click on the “Answer Key” tab on the top of the page.
  • On the next page, click on the “Answer Key Challenge – CHSL (Tier-I) Examination 2017”.

  • Choose anyone of the link and a PDF file opens on a new page.
  • Download and save that file in your system.

  • At First, open the downloaded PDF file.
  • Now take your question booklet in your hand and check the answer for the 1st
  • For example, if the answer is marked as B on the OMR sheets and your answer is D, then put an in to mark near that question.
  • If your answer is right, then put a tick mark.
  • Follow these steps for all the questions.
  • Total the number of ticks you have got.
