Karnataka TET Model Question Paper 2017

Karnataka TET exam has two papers. Questions for KARTET papers will be based on the syllabus prescribed by NCERT or state for 1st to 8th standard. Paper-I is for Primary Teacher jobs (i.e. for teaching 1st to 5th standard) and Paper-II is for Secondary Teacher jobs (i.e. for teaching 6th to 8th standard students).

Karnataka TET Syllabus 2017

The Child Development and Pedagogy section will focus on the educational psychology of teaching and learning of students within age group of 6 to 11 years for Paper-I and 11 to 14 years for Paper-II.

Language-I questions will be asked to check the language proficiencies of candidates related to medium of instruction. But the Language-II questions will focus on the elements of language, communication as well as comprehension abilities of candidates.

All other questions will be asked to check aspirant’s problem solving abilities and pedagogical understanding of the subjects.
