Nearly for 10 to 15 minutes candidates are interviewed and after that the panel members ask them to leave. Some of them told, they expected positive results and others said that is was a bad experience.

Tips to crack in upcoming IBPS SO Interview:

Leadership skills, banking sector knowledge, communication and ability to handle pressure etc. are the major qualities which interviewers will check. So go prepared for interview by gaining proper knowledge about banking sector, current affairs, professional knowledge, etc.

On interview date, reach the venue atleast before 10 minutes. Submit all requisite documents for verification and wait patiently till authorities call you inside interview room.

Interviewers will watch you while entering inside room itself (especially your personality, respecting mentality and behavior). So before entering room ask permission and walk-in with self confidence.

When the panel members ask you to take your seat, sit in the chair. Don’t get panic and sit comfortably.  As like other recruitments, interviewers will ask your self introduction first. Keep an eye-to-eye contact and answer them properly what you are trying to say.

One of the notable thing is: if you don’t know answer for a question, don’t get tensed and be frank to say “Sir/ Mam I don’t know”. When they say “You may Leave”, get up and leave the room politely by saying “Thank You”. All the best for your success!
