IBPS Salary 2017 Details
IBPS conducts Common Written Exams (CWEs) for various nationalized, state as well as Regional Rural banks of India. So according to bank policies, the compensation package will also differ. IBPS Clerk Salary:
Candidates appointed as Clerk through IBPS exams will be imparted with training initially. During this training period, aspirants will learn about their duties like handling deposit & withdrawal cash, payment clearance, daily record of balance, receipt collection, data entry, etc.

Salary offered in training period is low compared to the normal salary. After training, aspirants appointed on Clerk posts will get basic pay as per policy of bank (which he/ she is indulged).

IBPS RRB Salary:
