IBPS Notification 2017

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts four types of nationwide Common Written Exams once in a year. The exams are for Probationary Officer (PO), Specialist Officer (SO), Office Assistant, Officer (Scale-I, II & III) and Clerical level posts. About 20 to 56 public sector as well as regional rural banks will participate in the selection through IBPS (i.e. Canara, Syndicate, Indian Overseas, UCO, etc.). Usually after June month, the official notifications for these IBPS exams will be scattered out. IBPS PO Notification 2017 (CWE-VII)

The IBPS PO Notification 2017 has been released on first week of July 2017. But the registration starts only on August. Up to last week of August, interested candidates can utilize the opportunity to submit applications for Probationary Officer exam. The PO exam has two phases. First, applicants have to prepare for the preliminary examination i.e. screening test to reject most unfitting aspirants. Then shortlisted candidates will be allowed to write the second level of exam, which is called main. Again based on main exam marks contestants will be shortlisted for final round of selection i.e. Interview. At last provisional allotment will be done by combining main as well as interview marks of participants.

IBPS RRB Notification 2017 (CWE-VI)

The notice for IBPS RRB exam has been already released on June 2017 by institute. According to IBPS RRB Notification 2017, the link for online application submission opens on second week of July 2017. Eligible candidates can utilize this wonderful chance to become Scale-I, II & III Officer/ Office Assistant in banks. Up to first day of August 2017, application submission and fee payment can be done for this competitive exam. For Officer Scale-I & Office Assistant posts, first IBPS will conduct a preliminary examination, then mains. But for Officer Scale-II (General Banking, Specialist Officers) & III category posts, there will be only one phase of exam. Office Assistants will be chosen by seeing the CWE marks of participants, but for Officer posts the interview marks would also be taken into account.

IBPS Clerk Notification 2017 (CWE-VII)

Usually on September/ October months, IBPS will release official notifications for Clerical exam by listing the available number of vacancies in participating organizations. IBPS Exam Calendar says, this years registration for Clerical exam starts on September/ October 2017. After completion of registration in October 2017, within one month the preliminary exam begins. Individuals shortlisted based on prelims mark, will be further invited for the main examination. Then by seeing the overall CWE marks, decisions of final allotment will be taken by banks.

IBPS SO Notification 2017 (CWE-VII)

Candidates have to wait for IBPS SO Notification 2017 till October/ November 2017. Approximately one month time will be given to aspirants inorder to register for this IBPS SO Exam. IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/ Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer are the posts that will be filled through this exam. Anyhow on last week of December 2017 the preliminary examination for Specialist Officer posts begins and on January 2018 the main exam will be conducted. Finally after interview, decisions of final appointment will be taken by banks as per reservation norms.
