IBPS Exam Pattern 2017: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) started releasing the official notifications for this year’s Common Written Examinations (CWEs), for bank jobs. To fill various Officer and Clerical level posts in public as well as Regional Rural Banks of India, usually competitive exams will be conducted by IBPS every year. IBPS Exam Pattern 2017

The IBPS bank exams for PO, SO, RRB and Clerk will be conducted on online mode only i.e. Computer based. About four alternatives will be given for each question and from that aspirants have to choose any one answer. No descriptive questions will be drafted for IBPS exams. But if you mark any wrong answer, about 0.25 marks per question will be deducted. The structures of upcoming IBPS exams are given below.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2017

Recently the IBPS PO notification has been released and so enthusiastic aspirants may be waiting for the registration date to apply for this competitive exam. As there are two phases of exam i.e. prelims & mains, we have provided the IBPS PO Exam Pattern individually in below tables. Candidates who are qualifying the prelims exam going to be conducted on October 2017 with good percentage of marks shall only be allowed to write the main examination.

IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern 2017

Individuals applying for IBPS Clerk Exam 2017 can make use of the following exam pattern for their preparation. There will be two phases of exam and also we have given the IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern for each exam separately. First applicants would be invited for preliminary examination on December 2017 by issuing call letter and later contestants qualifying the prelims exam with good cut-off marks will be next invited for the main exam scheduled on January 2018.

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern 2017

IBPS RRB Exam is to fulfill the Officer Scale-I, II, III and Office Assistant posts in multipurpose cadres of 56 Regional Rural Banks. In Officer Scale-II posts also there are different category positions like General Banking Officer and Specialist Officers.

Candidates who are applying for Officer Scale-II & III posts in RRB have to overcome the single phase examination going to be conducted by IBPS and others have to qualify two phases of examination (i.e. prelims and mains). It should be rememberable that, aspirants qualifying in prelims exam with good cut-off marks shall only be invited for main exam. To know about IBPS RRB exam patterns refer the below tables.

IBPS SO Exam Pattern 2017

IBPS is conducting Specialist Officer exam to fill the IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, HR/ Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer, Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari posts in various public sector banks of India. This competitive exam has been conducted as a single level exam till last year. Now the IBPS SO Exam Pattern has been changed as tabulated below i.e. from this year onwards there will be prelims and main examination. Contestants who are scoring high marks in prelims exam shall only be invited for the main examination.
