HTET Result 2018

Haryana School Education Board is an exam conducting authority, which holds public exams at Middle, Matric (Secondary or High School) and Senior Secondary Schools. In last many years, this board periodically conducts Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET). Similarly, this year also HTET is announced and it has been successfully finished on some days back. This eligibility exam includes following three categories.

  • Level I: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
  • Level II & III: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT-class 6th to 8th) & Primary Teacher (PRT-class 1st to 5th)

For each of these levels, HTET has been over and now the result (qualified or not qualified) with exact cut-off marks for each of the participants is exists at “”. The validity of the HTET qualifying certificate for the appointment will be for five years from the date of issuing the qualifying certificate. HTET Exam Process

Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) has been conducted as OMR based. There shall be only one paper for each post. Aspirants can participate in this test for many times to acquire HTET certificate, as there is no restriction on number of attempts.

HTET Cut-Off Marks: Along with the HTET Result 2018, the cut-off marks also declared for every candidate. This cut off mark is calculated based on the number of candidates appeared for exam, tough level of exam etc. Candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks out of 150 marks as per the category. The minimum qualifying marks and minimum percentage prescribed for HTET is given in the below tabular column.

How to Check HTET Result 2018

The result HTET will show the individuals qualification status and also marks secured by them in each sections with aggregate score. Candidates who will be declared pass as per HTET Result 2018 will be eligible to apply for Teacher job in Primary and Secondary schools functioning under Haryana Government. The step by step procedure to view the result is guided below,

  • At first, visit the website “”
  • Click on “HTET Exam Result Dec-2017” link highlighted on the home page of the website
  • It will be redirected to a new page
  • Either, enter your Roll No and Hit on “Find Results” link
  • Or else, enter your name and press on “Find Results” link
  • If you enter the name, results of all the same name will be displayed along with the Roll Number and Fathers name
  • Choose the correct name and hit on “Get” button
  • Immediately your result will be displayed as caste, level, marks in each section, total marks and finally whether you qualified or not
  • If you qualified, take the print out of the page for future reference

HTET qualifying certificates will be issued by the Board of School Education Haryana at this time. Separate certificate will be issued to the aspirants who will appear and qualify for more than one level. However, the statement of marks of all the candidates appearing in ‘HTET’ shall be made available on the website of the board.
