Standard of TET exam questions will be equivalent to Degree level. Participants should know to manage the time given for exam i.e. if you don’t know particular question don’t waste time in that, just leave it and tick the correct answers which you know. It should be rememberable that, the language you are chosing for Language-I & II sections should not be same (Hindi / Urdu / Bengali / Maithili / Bhojpuri / Sanskrit / Arabic / Persian / English).

Bihar TET Exam Syllabus: The Paper-I TET exam is for Primary Teacher posts (class I to V) and the Paper-II is for Secondary Teacher posts (class VI to VIII). Among the 150 questions, 90 questions for both the papers will be almost equal i.e. from child development, factors affecting learning, intelligence, motivation, education act, prose/ poem passage, principles of teaching English, phonetic transcription, geometry, data handling, etc.

But the other 60 questions would be related to our surroundings, solar systems, festivals, constructions, fractions, sources of food, energy, pedagogical issues, population growth, architecture, nationalist movement, agriculture, state/ local governments, etc. It differs based on papers.

There are also minimum qualifying marks set for this test which varies based on category of contestants.

Bihar TET Exam 2017

Official announcement for this Bihar TET exam was let out on April 2017. From that onwards, lot of interested aspirants waited and submitted their job applications via online for this test, by paying requisite amount of fee as ordered. Exam would be conducted offline on coming 29th June 2017. Eligible appliers (Diploma/ B.Ed degree holders) will be the one who will be allowed to write this test. Succeeding individuals will be deputed in 7000 numbers for Primary Teacher posts and 11000 for Secondary Teacher posts (approximately), after document verification.
