EESL Recruitment 2017
Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is set up by the Ministry of power, in order to develop a successful ESCO industry. It is a joint venture of NTPC Limited, PFC, REC and POWERGRID to facilitate implementation of energy efficiency projects. On its new phase of growth path, EESL is looking for right, committed and energetic professionals with rich experience at technical or middle level positions. These candidates would be hired under the various managerial positions to fulfill 20 vacancies in EESL. First preference will be given to the candidates who are having experience in any public sector undertakings.
Eligible aspirants are absorbed on the basis of their attitude and performance in selection. Present employees in Government or autonomous or publics sector undertaking shall be absorbed on deputation basis, which will be for a period of two years, extended further as per the discretion of the competent authority. The tenure of the contractuial posts is 4.5 years. The selected candidates shall be posted anywhere in India or abroad depending upon the exigencies (need) of work. Academic Qualifications: The eligible academic qualifications mentioned below must be accomplished by the candidates, which shall be acquired from any recognised institution.
- For Manager Posts – Bachelors Degree with MBA
Necessary Experience: Aspirants who are having 7 to 14 years of experience in the areas of power sector/ energy efficiency/ solar energy/ electrical appliances are mostly preferred for Manager Positions in EESL. Teaching experience or trainee period will not be counted as experience.
- For Additional General Manager Post – 14 years
- For Senior Manger Post – 10 years
- For Manager Post –7 years
