OJEE Admit Card 2017: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is a state government controlled centralised test. For doing admissions in technical and professional educational institutions within state, this test is being executed. Every year approximately 3 lakhs people take this examination and it is increasing day-by-day. Students from Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education, CBSE & ISC Boards and graduates used to write this exam with an intention of studying first year/ lateral entry UG/ PG courses in Odisha educational institutions. This year also on second week of May 2017 authorities has decided to organise this exam. As stated above, numerous male/ female citizens from inside and outside state had responded for this entrance exam. So before 3 weeks of start of test, through internet site authorities of OJEE examination has decided to distribute the admit cards for this test. OJEE Admit Card 2017
The admit card that is distributed by OJEE cell will consists of certain particulars as listed below, to determine the identity of contestants.
- Name of Candidate
- Date of Birth
- Test Center name
- Date and time of exam, etc.
Centre Superintendent will not allow aspirants to write exam, if applicants failed to carry OJEE Admit Card 2017 to the examination centre.
Notable Things: Applicants must take two copies of admission certificates with them to examination hall. Both these admit card copies will be signed by the invigilator in exam hall. One copy of admission certificate should be submitted at the exam hall, which will be examined at later stage to validate the authenticity and the other admit card copy should be kept by the candidates itself. Also aspirants must keep a copy of passport size photograph that is uploaded at the time of online registration, while coming for this test.
- Late comers will not be permitted inside.
- Original Id proofs like Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence/ Passport, etc. should be taken.
- Bring your own blue or black ball point pens with you.
- Carry one passport size photograph with you.
- Don’t do any rough works in admit card/ question booklet.
OJEE Exam 2017
Eligibility Criteria: To get admit cards to participate in this test, appliers must be 12th qualified citizens from any Odisha state government approved institution. Applicants who had applied for Master Degree courses must be a bachelor degree holder in relevant fields. But there is no age limit to appear in test. If aspirants are willing to enter on Lateral entry scheme, then they must have finished Diploma qualification.

Exam Pattern and Phases: Questions for this OJEE test are asked from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Basic Electrical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Pharmacy, Computer Awareness, Verbal Reasoning, etc. Depending upon course which aspirants are choosing to study, the exam pattern will also differ.
- OMR answer sheets will be distributed for marking of answers.
- Objective type questions shall only be asked.
- Depending upon exam papers the test duration will vary as 1 or 2 hour.
- Number of questions will be 60 per each hour of examination.
Admission Process: Individuals who are meeting the minimum cut-offs set for admission, will be called for counselling in the order of merit. Depending upon seat availability in respective colleges, admission process will be carried out. But aspirants from outside the state will be intaken only based on seat availability in Private Colleges.

How to Download OJEE Admit Card 2017
Through the website page specially designed for OJEE – 2017, admit cards will be given by exam conducting authorities. Before three weeks of test this will happen. So applicants are requested to keep an eye on the website link given below. To download this admission certificate from internet site, applicants must possess their Registration/ Application Number and Date of Birth/ Password/ User Name with them. - Open ojee.nic.in website.
- Click the relevant “Admit Card” downloading link.
- Enter requisite login details in it.
- Your OJEE Admit Card 2017 will display.
- First save it and then download it as two printout copies.
Only for 5 to 6 days, this admit card will display on concerned site. So before that aspirants must take printout copy of this admission certificate. Candidates who are failing to download this admit card before due date, can contact OJEE office and report it. Immediately authorities will take steps to give this admission certificate to those aspirants.
If name/ date of birth, paper, etc. mentioned in admit card is found wrong, candidates can report that also to OJEE Office immediately. All these corrections should be done on or before 30th April 2017. After that OJEE Office authorities will not be responsible for these mistakes.
Exam Venues: Examination venues will be fixed only by the exam conducting authority, based on its convenience. Anyhow in about 21 centres within state, this test arrangement is going ahead. Request for change of exam centres once allotted, will not be considered.
