Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2017 is an entrance test especially for students who got pass marks in JEE Main exam. More than two lakhs students were selected every year through this exam and gets admission in IIT colleges. As the JEE Main results are about to publish, the exam notification for JEE Advanced exam has also been released now. If your admission towards IITs was cancelled already, then you are not eligible to apply for this exam.
Aspirants who are qualifying the eligibility conditions which are listed below are only required to apply for JEE Advanced exam. The courses which are coming below counselling seats are B.Tech/ B.Pharm/ B.Sc/ B.Arch/ Master’s and Dual Degree programmes. If you are applying for B.Arch post, then you have to appear for AAT Exam 2017 after passing JEE Advanced Exam. You have to make separate registration for this exam. Eligibility Conditions of JEE Advanced Exam: Candidates who are qualifying these conditions are only required to appear for JEE Advanced exam.
Performance in JEE Main Exam 2017: Individuals who are applying for the JEE Advanced 2017 Exam should be among the top 220000 candidates by securing positive marks in Paper-I of JEE Main 2017.

Age Limitation: Aspirants who have born on or after 1st October 1992 are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced Exam. However, age relaxation can be granted for reserved category applicants as per government norms.

Number of Attempts: Candidates who are willing to get admission in IIT can write JEE (Advanced) exam for a maximum of two times in a consecutive year.

Educational Requirement: Students who have passed higher secondary level with 75% marks in 1st attempt itself in the year 2016 or 2017 are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced exam.

Examination Process: With reference to the details mentioned in the online application form, he or she would be invited for JEE advanced examination. Candidates who are qualifying in this test with good marks would be intimated for counseling and seat allotment process.

Architecture Aptitude Test for B.Arch Course: Aspirants who are seeking for admission in B.Arch post has to apply for AAT test through online after the declaration of JEE Advanced Results. People who gets qualified in the JEE Advanced exam are only eligible to apply for AAT 2017 Exam.

How to Apply Online for JEE Advanced & AAT 2017
Aspirants who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced 2017 exam are requested to make the registration through online. The step wise instruction for online application are given in the below list.
- Go to the official site of JEE (Advanced) i.e. “www.jeeadv.ac.in”.
- Click on the registration link on the right side of the home page.
- A registration form will appear.
- In the first step, you have to choose the question paper medium (Hindi or English) and also select the city name.
- Next step, Upload the scanned copies of all necessary documents.
- Finally, choose the payment option and remit the fee.
- On successful registration, an acknowledgement form will be generated.
- Save it for future reference.
