BSF Constable Physical Test Pattern 2018

Apart from the written exam, the following stages of examination are also conducted.
Physical Standards: To apply for this Constable post, applicants should have the following physical standards.

ST/ Adivas of all the states and Union Territories including Nagas and Mozos 162.5 cms 76-81 cms
Men belonging to the reserved categories and those who resided in far flung areas 165 cms 78-83 cms
All other states and Union Territories 167.5 cms

Physical Efficiency Test: Five Kms race to be completed within 24 minutes. It would be conducted along with PST.

Documentation: In document verification, the original certificates of the candidates would be checked.

Trade Test: Aspirants who get qualified in document verification will be put through respective trade test.

Medical Examination: The final analysis is based on assessing the physical and medical fitness of the candidates.
