BNPM Recruitment 2017
Bank Note Paper Mill Private Limited (BNPM) is a joint venture of Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL). The main objects of the company are to develop, design, and manufacture the currency paper & banknote paper. In order to cater their needs, BNPM Recruitment notification has been released before a few days ago. This formal notification says that, BNPM seeks for motivated and dynamic persons possessing Engineering degree or Masters Degree in relevant sector.
Candidates seeking relaxation in fee/ age must produce certificates in original at the time of interview. Appointment for the eligible aspirants will subject to medical fitness, verification of character and antecedents as per the requirement of the Company. Selected candidates are liable to be posted in Mysore or at any places, where the Company’s offices situated. And they are initially appointed as probationer for a period of one year, which subjects to extension also.

Academic Profile: In case of Finance discipline, candidates Post Graduated as chattered Accountants are preferred and Engineers will be hired under Materials Management discipline. Applying aspirants must have secured minimum 60% of marks from any well known university or institution.

Necessary Experience: Post qualification industry experience in the field of procurement/ supply chain management/ materials management/ imports & exports/ finance & Accounts/ equivalent etc. is required to apply for the above said posts.

Salary and Allowance: Either in pay band-3 or 4, enlisted candidates in BNPM will get the monthly salary together with Grade Pay. Per annum, all those candidates will accept the approximate CTC between Rs.7 to 15 lakhs.

In addition to the basic pay and Grade Pay, appointees are reimbursed with dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, other benefits and perquisites as per the rules of the company. Also, Company Leased Accommodation is applicable only for the post of Manager.
