AGVB Recruitment 2017
Gramin Vikash Prashikshan Trust (AGVPT) and five Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI) spread out over the state of Assam, is in urgent requirement of faculties, Office Assistants and Attendants. They are looking forward for candidates who are having excellent communication skills, knowledge in accounting etc. Apart from that, it is compulsory for the applicants to be fluent in local language. Selection will differ for each of the posts and the applicants will have to qualify in various stages.
Shortlisted aspirants via selection will be engaged in unoccupied AGVB Vacancies for a period of three years, which may subject to annual review and renewal. Educational Qualification: Aspirants should have qualified in Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree or Matriculate examination, conducted by any recognised institution or board. Typing skill in Assamese or English languages is an added advantage for the candidates. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally and Internet is essential for the position of Office Assistant.

Age Limitation: Applicants upper age limit must be freeze out between 22 to 40 years. The crucial date for determining the upper age limit is on 1st Dec 2016. Age relaxation will be based on their period of Service in RSETI, also submit their documents with respect to their claim.

Selection Procedure: Selection for each of the posts will be varied, which comprise of written test, personal interview and Demonstration/ Presentation. The call letters for the written test or interview will be sent through e-mail or SMS.

Salary: After the final selection, deserving candidates are appointed under AGVPT Jobs, for a limited period of three years. Those candidates are offered with the consolidated salary per month and this amount will be increased by 10% every year, if their performance is satisfactory.
- Salary for Faculty Post – Rs.20000/-
- Salary for Office Assistant Post – Rs.12000/-
- Salary for Attendant Post –Rs. 8000/-
Besides the above salary, appointees are provided with fixed travel allowance, annual medical allowance etc. as per the rules. Before joining the service, the selected candidates will be required to produce a valid discharge certificate from the present employer.

Howbeit, the application fee is exempted for the post of Attendant.
